How to write an email from my lakesidechurch.org.au email?

To write an email from your provided church email you will need to log into mail.ionos.com with the email address and password that were first provided to you in an email with the subject 'New lakesidechurch.org.au email' when you received the email address. If you cannot find that email you can contact us at servicedesk@lakesidechurch.org.au and we will forward you the email again. 

If you have manually changed your password or requested a password change use your new password to log in. 


Once you are logged into your email address through the web you can write and send emails from your lakesidechurch.org.au email. 


To do so click compose in the top left-hand corner. 


Alternatively, you can also log in through a mail app using the following settings accompanied by your email and password details. (This is optional and for more advanced users):


IMAP

Username: example@email.com (Replace with your own email)

Incoming Server: imap.ionos.com

Incoming port (SSL must be activated): 993

Outgoing server (SMTP): smtp.ionos.com

Outgoing port (TLS must be activated): 587

Outgoing server requires authentication: Yes

 

POP3

Username: example@email.com (Replace with your own email)

Incoming Server: pop.ionos.com

Incoming port (SSL must be activated): 995

Outgoing server (SMTP): smtp.ionos.com

Outgoing port (TLS must be activated): 587

Outgoing server requires authentication: Yes
